Happy New Year everyone! 2023 is upon us, which means it’s time for Dry January mocktails! Dry January is usually when people take the month to abstain from drinking alcohol; whether it’s to “cleanse” their system, to start the new year off with a healthy habit, or for a host of other personal reasons.
This year I wanted to aid in Dry January by giving you the most aesthetic Dry January mocktails I could find! That way those of us participating this month can still have an aesthetic feed with beautiful drinks of various colors, and no one will be the wiser.
We have to start with the all-time classic mocktail: the Shirley Temple. Many of us have ordered these at least once in our lives (like the many children at weddings who want to feel included during cocktail hour).
This simple drink only has 5 ingredients:
Serve it in a fancy glass, and no one will be the wiser! For an added experience, don a fancy outfit you never get to wear out; and take photos in your living room with your aesthetic mocktail. Then throw on an old movie for good measure!

I’m not gonna lie, the color on this drink is what made me click on the recipe. This beautifully aesthetic mocktail is perfect for those who miss the bubbly this dry January. It’s a relatively simple recipe, and contains only 6 ingredients:
This recipe does require a blender to effectively puree the strawberries, but if you don’t have one at home- I recommend you muddle them as much as you can by hand and then run them through a strainer to get them as pureed as possible.
This is the perfect mocktail for a dry January brunch (for those who are orange juice averse, like myself). It’s the perfect aesthetically pleasing drink to post along with your lunch or brunch for a pop of color.
You can find the recipe from Haute and Healthy Living here.
This absolute staple cocktail now has a mocktail version for us to enjoy! Like the spritzer shown above, this recipe also requires a blender to puree the fruit, so be ready to muddle again if you don’t have one.
This non-alcoholic peach bellini only has 6 ingredients:
This recipe also mentions freezing the peaches beforehand to make it a peach bellini slushie mocktail, which sounds perfect here in the South Florida heat!
