Target Budget Find: Arugula and Prosciutto Pizza

Spread the love

This week’s target budget find is a tasty one! They didn’t have my usual mushroom and caramelized onion pizza available, so I snagged this delicious-sounding arugula and prosciutto pizza instead. Hoo boy if you’re a fan of white pizza, prosciutto, or just good food in general, you’re gonna wanna give this Target budget find a try.

Easy and Delicious

I’m a big fan of the Target brand foods, but this pizza is on another level. With a garlic white sauce, provolone, and mozzarella, and a fresh packet of prosciutto to finish it off, this is one of the best store-bought pizzas I’ve ever had. And the best part? It’s only $6.

The one thing missing from my usual Target pizza pick is a thick fluffy crust- and this arugula and prosciutto pizza has that in spades. Just take care to not overcook it like I did! You’ll have to keep an eye on it once it goes in the oven to make sure the crust doesn’t burn around the edges.

Bougie on a Budget

This pizza looks just fancy enough where guests won’t know it’s a Target budget find unless they see the box! With the prosciutto delicately spread across the top of the pizza, and the delicious garlic white sauce, they’ll think you ordered from somewhere fancy or even made it yourself! Imagine their surprise when you tell them they can get the same pizza for $6 at Target!

I’ll admit, I did feel fancy eating this pizza with my favorite apple pie wine in a Lord of the Rings wine glass one of my best friends made for me. The prosciutto honestly surprised me. I didn’t expect it to be really good quality, but it was paper-thin without much fat– which made it hard to resist eating right out of the package.
